FIGHT STRESS AND FEEL BETTER
We all feel stressed, and nothing helps work it out more than a Saturday session at the IYC gym; this is another rolling group open to all abilities in which we use non-contact boxing training and circuits to fight stress and feel better. It is a really welcoming group, and the sessions are challenging but fun.
Newcomers will be part of the session, but we will make sure that the class is tailored so that people feel comfortable. We work from the ground up looking at footwork, movement, boxing stance and then into learning the basic techniques of throwing punches and defending punches.
